Committees

Committee on Membership, Ethics and Control Under Professional Activities (chair - Mr. Alexey Alexandrov)
Duties of the committee include preparation of applications for membership for the review by the Presidents Council; coordination of the work with the institute members; development of regulations of NIPA; observation under the compliance of members with ethic and other policies; control under the quality of provided services; and questions related with disciplinary actions towards members.

Committee on Youth Politics (chair - Mr. Boris Leontyev)
Duties of the committee include coordination of interaction with youth (university students, post graduate students and young professionals) e.g. organisation of competitions of scientific papers and professional skills; different ways of support of the gifted youth.

Regional Council on Professional Competitions (co-chairs - Mrs. Natalia Lisovskaya and Mr. Alexey Alexandrov)
The Committee is established to organize different professional competitions for accountants and auditors on the territory of Samara Region.

Committee on International Cooperation (chair - Mr. Dmitry Yakovenko)
Committee was created with the purpose of establishment and maintenance of relations with domestic and foreign professional accounting bodies. Its duties include organisation of participation of NIPA members in various scientific and research events e.g. conferences, conventions etc. The Committee develops the projects of agreements on cooperation with other accounting bodies and is responsible for all communications with foreign partners.

Committee on Editorial Activities and Information Politics (includes members of the Editorial Board of the magazine "The Messenger of Professional Accountant") (chair - Mr. Dmitry Yakovenko)
Duties of the Committee include the development of PR campaigns, related to promotion of NIPA activities; it prepares official press releases of NIPA, accomplishes the projects of publishing the scientific, research and practical literature; the Committee also coordinates the issue of NIPA monthly magazine "The Messenger of Professional Accountant" and is responsible for maintenance of NIPA official web-site: www.stipb.org.

Regional Examination Committee (chair - Mr. Dmitry Yakovenko)
Responsibilities of the committee include coordination of the work of authorized training centers for professional accountants. It organizes the examination process on the territory of Samara Region; preparation of documents for authorization of training centers and authorized educators.
