Professional Skills Competition

National Competition of professional skills "Russian Accountant" is being held since 1992. Since 1994 representatives of Samara Region participate in it. Since 2000 the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia is the organizer of this event, on the territory of Samara Region NIPA is the organizer of the competition.

Winners, laureates and participants of all-Russia final competition:

1996 - Galina Koteneva , Elena Ochkurova, Olga Yakovenko, Dmitry Yakovenko (VolgaTachAudit Ltd).
2000 - 1 place: A. Lukyanova (Samara-ROSNO Insurance Company), O. Yakovenko (VolgaTachAudit Ltd); 2 place: O. Chubareva (Samara Review Newspaper); 3 place: E. Ochkurova (VolgaTachAudit Ltd) .
2001 - R. Antropova (Christa Ltd), O. Bukir, E. Mitrofanova, E. Frolova (AvtoVAZ Plc), L. Podshivalova (Department of Agriculture and Food of Samara Region Government).
2002 - A. Kimansky (AvtoVAZ Plc).
2003 - M. Burkovsky, N. Borisova (AvtoVAZ Plc).

Since 2002 the National competition is held on 2 nominations - 'Best accountant of business organization' and 'Best accountant of public organization'.

Winners of the regional competition in nomination 'Best accountant of public organization':

2002 - G. Bondarev (Samara State Medical University).
2003 - E. Mirina (Municipal Health Entity - Novokuybishevsk town dental health clinic).

In addition to Russian National Competition NIPA in cooperation with Samara Financiers Guild and Main Department of Central Bank of Russian Federation in Samara Region are organizing the regional competition "The Best Accountant of the Bank".
The winners of the regional competition in this nomination are:

2001 - D. Simdyanov (GAZBANK Plc).
2003 - L. Zaleskih (GAZBANK Plc).

Since 2003 NIPA conducts the competition of professional skills among the university students and among auditors.
Winners of the competition are:
- among auditors - T. Katina 'Consulting Audit' auditing company;
- among university students - A. Kazhgaleeva from Samara State Academy of Economics.

2001 - 57;
2002 - 35;
2003 - 54.

Since 2001 the general sponsor of the competitions is Delta-Inform Ltd. Consulting company.
In the period from 2001-2003 the sponsors of the competition were: CARANA Corp., Parus-Volga ltd., Magazine 'Samara Accountant', Magzine 'Taxation News of Samara Region' and Megatron-Soft ltd.
